Kali ...I have been bad at looking at blogs lately! Kali is so dang cute! Your new place is great looking too!I'm so sorry that Kali is hurting like that...that stinks for you all! A couple thoughts with reading the post and the comments:

1) My daughter threw up all the time but it was with her other medical condition she has but she was on Zantac at first. It was then changed to Prevacid and I think it helped much better. Maybe ask about changing to that.

2) My co-worker had a baby in January and he started getting eczema really bad and he was throwing up too. She came to fine out he is allergic to basically everything and he had to be put on Nutremagin. It is terribly pricey, especially if insurance won't cover it. Anyway, he stopped throwing up and his eczema has gone away.

3) You wrote in the post that she slept for a long time doing a bottle at night. Going back to #2, maybe there is something that you are eating that isn't sitting well with her stomach and that is why she is colicky/throwing up. I guess that could be something to try too if you wanted to still BF...taking certain foods out of your diet like dairy or whatever and see if that makes a difference.

I hope it gets better soon! I have the hardest time functioning with little sleep!Heather K.https://www.blogger.com/profile/01762712170336409359noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-560478893566321620.post-51070951776719791312011-08-03T20:10:39.733-07:002011-08-03T20:10:39.733-07:00One out of my 4 children had horrible acid reflux....One out of my 4 children had horrible acid reflux. It was awful. I completely feel for you.
Our wonderful, amazing doctor recommended "Nutramigen" Formula (by enfamil). It was a small miracle. The formula smelled and tasted awful, but it sure did the trick. Apparently the formula is already "digested", so to speak, so the baby's body doesn't have to do too much work. Once the baby is older, they typically outgrow the problem and move on to other foods without a problem. It's a little more expensive than regular formula, but SO worth it to keep the little sweeties from having all that tummy pain.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-560478893566321620.post-1433361743894163452011-08-03T08:51:58.110-07:002011-08-03T08:51:58.110-07:00Andee I am totally serious about you coming over t...Andee I am totally serious about you coming over to try my moby wrap. You will love it! It's the best thing ever ever ever! Just the way it distributes weight! And you feel so close to your baby like you're pregnant again, but you get to hug and kiss them. It's awesome! She would love it too! My 10 year old niece wore Audrey in it for 2 hours the other day and didn't get sick of it. Then Audrey fell asleep haha! It was so adorable!Krista Egerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02129448044986749175noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-560478893566321620.post-29720413815534156142011-08-01T15:37:31.177-07:002011-08-01T15:37:31.177-07:00My son had HORRIBLE acid reflux as well, so I unde...My son had HORRIBLE acid reflux as well, so I understand how heartbreaking it can be. That being said, after 2 months of non stop crying, spitting up, etc I switched doctors. The new doctor prescribed a new medicine and wouldn't ya know it, it helped! He went from being on zantac to prevacid. So maybe a medicine change could help her?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
